Fraser’s is the perfect place to celebrate, dine and create lasting memories. Comprising a number of versatile spaces, Fraser’s boasts an award-winning Restaurant, a Private Dining Room ideal to cater for a more intimate wedding of up to 28 guests, a Function Centre catering up to 200 and the State Reception Centre with capacity for up to 400 seated or 700 cocktail style.

for pre-dinner drinks and the State Reception Centre has an impressive design
that will simply take your breath away. Set high up in the ghost gums with
floor-to ceiling windows which open to a viewing platform, it is unsurpassed by
