Caves House Hotel is a beautiful heritage-listed house, recently restored to its former elegance and charm. After a fire devastated the building original hotel built in 1903, the
present Caves House Hotel was rebuilt in 1938 with its glorious art-deco styling. The venue is surrounded by 4.5 acres of extensive heritage listed gardens and manicured lawns stretching towards the ocean, making it a perfect location for outdoor ceremonies, receptions and breathtaking photos.

Caves House Hotel offers two unique function rooms, as well as several other locations for ceremonies throughout our beautiful gardens and grounds.

Caves House Hotel is a scenic three hour drive south of Perth, located close to a number of award-winning vineyards, the famous Ngligi Cave and Yallingup Beach.  We can tailor make both food and beverage menus to suit any budget, just contact us to find out what we can do.
